LOCAL SHIPPING

All packages for Hong Kong are sent with SF Express from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Your order will be sent within 15 working days after it has been placed unless specified otherwise.

The normal shipping time from the moment the package has left our warehouse is 1 to 4 working days.

TRACKING MY SHIPMENT

As soon as your order is sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on www.sf-express.com. If you haven’t received your order after 2 weeks – and it is not possible for you to track it via SF Express – please contact our customer service at info@progin.com.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR HONG KONG?

Shipping to Hong Kong is free of charge.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN DELIVERY HAPPENS?

In the event that the recipient is not in, your local courrier will attempt another delivery after leaving a notice on the door to let you know when the next delivery will happen or for you to contact the courrier to rearrange a convenient time for delivery. After three delivery attempts, the package will be sent back to us. In case the impossibility to deliver is your responsibility (the delivery address you provided was not correct, you failed to be there when delivery is made, or to rearrange a delivery time with the shipper), the costs for returning the package and resending it will be at your expense.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All packages are sent with HK Speed Post from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Your order will be sent within 15 working days after it has been placed unless specified otherwise.

The normal shipping time from the moment the package has left our warehouse is 2 to 15 working days depending on final destination. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.

TRACKING MY SHIPMENT

As soon as your order is sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on www.speedpost.hk. If you haven’t received your order after 2 weeks – and it is not possible for you to track it via Speedpost – please contact our customer service at info@progin.com.

HOW MUCH IS THE FREIGHT CHARGE?

The shipping charges depend on the size of the prints you have ordered, the number of prints and the final delivery destination. Shipping is divided into 3 zones. If your country of residence is not listed below, do send us an email and we will work directly with you on getting your desired prints to your doorstep.

CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTIES

If your delivery country charges customs or import duties – these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for further information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN DELIVERY HAPPENS?

In the event that the recipient is not in, your order will be delivered to the postal contact point indicated on the notice left in your mailbox. Your parcel will be kept in the postal contact point for a period of around 15 days. At the expiration of this period, the parcel will be returned. In case the impossibility to deliver is your responsibility (the delivery address you provided was not correct or you failed to pick up the package within the 15 day period), the costs for returning the package will be at your expense.

RETURN POLICY

Every print is made to order. As such, every order is final and we will not accept returns or exchanges unless your print has arrived damaged or if you have received the wrong print.

MY PRINT IS DAMAGED

We want all our customers to receive high quality prints. If the print you have received is damaged please email us within two days of the receipt of the package with a detailed description of the problem as well as photographs of damages.

Please note that when you email us it is very important to state the order number as well as your name, email and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your claim.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRINT

If you have received the wrong print, please email us within two days of the receipt of the package with your claim.
Please note that when you email us it is very important to state the order number as well as your name, email and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your claim.

You must then arrange and pay for the freight to return the print. Remember to provide us with a receipt for your freight charges so that we can reimburse them.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned print, we will proceed to preparing a new print.
