Art Across Boundaries<\/em><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=\u00a0\u00bb139084″]Children of the Mekong is proud to announce its 2026 charity art exhibition, Art Across Boundaries<\/em>, held in collaboration with Le French May<\/em> at the Hong Kong Visual Arts Center from May 14 to May 17, 2026.<\/p>\n

Curated by Sandra Ormiston, Anne Deligny Villet, and Christel Villepelet, this edition celebrates creativity that transcends borders, featuring the works of 30 international and local artists united by a shared commitment to social impact through art.<\/p>\n

100% of its profits are donated to education programs in the Philippines. Participating artists generously contribute their artworks to support a daycare for children living near the Cebu dump site and a student center in Cebu City.<\/p>\n

Through their paintings, sculptures, and mixed-media creations, artists explore the transformative power of art to connect people and cultures beyond geopolitical or societal boundaries. Their pieces illuminate personal and collective stories\u2014expressing hope, resilience, and unity through vibrant colour and form.<\/p>\n

As part of Le French May<\/em>, Art Across Boundaries<\/em> stands as a highlight of one of Asia\u2019s most prominent cultural festivals. Since 1993, Le French May<\/em> has championed artistic diversity across fine arts, music, dance, cinema, and gastronomy, earning the Gold Award for Arts Promotion from the Hong Kong Arts Development Council.<\/p>\n

Echoing the mission of Children of the Mekong, Art Across Boundaries<\/em> reminds us that creativity has no limits. Each artwork serves as a bridge\u2014connecting people through emotion, dialogue, and cultural exchange\u2014while contributing to a brighter future for underprivileged children in Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n
